Moores Funeral Home was founded in 1908 by Mr. Joseph A. Moore. Mr. Moore's son Frank took over the business several years later. William 'Micky' Couey worked with Mr. Frank Moore and eventually bought the funeral home when Mr. Moore retired. Thus, Moores Funeral Home has been continuously owned and operated by the Moore and Couey families for over a century. As a long-standing establishment in the Milledgeville community, our family appreciates the privilege of serving your family in your time of need.
