Fraley Funeral Home

The Fraley Funeral Home was established in 1972 after previously being known as the Thrush & Fraley Funeral Home. J. Thomas Fraley, Owner and founder, came to Moorefield in December 1969 as an employee of the Thrush Funeral Home. The Thrush Funeral Home had been operation throughout the South Branch Valley from the early 1950's. In the spring of 1970 a new entity of the Thrush & Fraley Funeral Home was created after terms were reached with the owner. In 1972 a complete buyout of the Thrush portion of the establishment was completed and thus the Fraley Funeral Home was born. The Fraley family and the Fraley Funeral Home have served families of the South Branch Valley for over forty years with old traditions but now using new technologies. The innovations of today will allow us to provide to the families we serve the newest and most up to date funeral practices and merchandise.
