Founders Carl and Clara Olson operated a funeral home in Menomonie for several year before purchasing the property where Olson Funeral Home now stands. Second generations, Richard and his wife Jeanne joined them after World War II The fourth generation of Olson's, Ryan, Richard and Karen's son, joined the family business with his wife.
